Therefore, we ask that you keep a few things in mind: • The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be traveling with the group during the stay. • Our vacation home is a place to relax—parties and events are therefore not permitted. • Smoking is not allowed inside the house. • Please list all guests traveling with you when booking. • Access to the animal areas, as well as feeding or interacting with our animals, is permitted only by prior arrangement. Please feel free to contact me regarding this. Parents are responsible for supervising their children. Guest fee: A guest fee of 1 € per person per day is charged for guests aged 18 and older. The day of arrival and the day of departure each count as one day. The guest fee is not included in the room rate and must be paid on-site. Early Departure: In the event of a voluntary early departure, there will be no refund for unused nights.
